Husband and wife team, Ian and Sandy Mackie share a love of the outdoors and a desire to create interesting, beautiful and functional wood and woodland products. Together they operate Jardinique.

Sandy creates rustic woodland frames and signs from found materials she selects herself around their country property. Imagination and creativity are her two most useful tools. Every piece she makes is completely unique. These organic, often whimsical creations bring the joy of outdoor living indoors year round. Sandy's style ranges from symmetrical and somewhat controlled Adirondack style twig framing, to wild and expressive birch branches and forest finds for added texture and dimension.
Our rustic frames and mirrors are made of found natural materials, including birch bark & twigs, dogwood, cedar, mosses and fungi, barn board, even rusted iron - anything that strikes my fancy!
Ian designs and builds Canadian climate tested, folding ash furniture. Although nice enough to bring indoors during the winter months, you simply don't have to.
