Doris Scott

Doris Scott, a native of Saskatchewan and raised in Prince Edward County, Ontario, now calls Trenton home. After a career in nursing and as a semi-retired mother to five, Doris is able to continue her love to paint in preferred mediums of oil and watercolour. Although subject matter varies, Doris likes to achieve her semi-impressionistic work with fresh lively colours.

She has studied with various instructors while on tour and at recognized formal institutions, producing works that have won awards and are displayed internationally. As well as being a member of The Northumberland Hills Arts Association (Spirit of the Hills), Doris holds membership with the Belleville Art Association and the East Central Ontario Art Association.
